Predictive History is an AI-powered geopolitical analysis platform that uses Professor Jiang's five-lens analytical framework to generate insights about historical events, current affairs, and potential future scenarios. The Service provides:

• Multi-lens analytical perspectives (Game Theory, Elite Dynamics, Systems Complexity, Historical Patterns, Psychological-Cultural)
• Probabilistic scenario generation
• Access to publicly available analyses created by other users

Important: All analyses are generated by artificial intelligence and should be considered educational and informational content only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind.

3. User Accounts and Registration

Some features of our Service may require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PREDICTIVE HISTORY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Predictive History and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit to the Service.

11. Termination

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Predictive History regarding the Service.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Assignment: You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
